Coburg Collective Progress Update

 

 

Both the townhouse development fronting Cash Street and the main apartment building facing Sydney Road are moving forward efficiently. Below are the latest updates as of the early of Dec, accompanied by site progress highlights:

 

Apartment Building

•⁠  ⁠141 piles have been driven into place.

•⁠  ⁠300 meters of cover beams have been completed.

•⁠  ⁠Stage 1 excavation and concrete pouring have commenced.

 

Townhouse Development (TH1-12)

•⁠  ⁠The basement works for TH1-10 have been successfully completed.

•⁠  ⁠The ground floor (GF) construction is finished.

•⁠  ⁠Above-ground steel and timber structures, along with doors and windows, have been ordered.

•⁠  ⁠Installation of the main structure is now underway.
